Who's behind CheckYout?
My name is Mathias Büschlen — since 2020 I've been renting out Chalet Rösi in Adelboden, Switzerland, and I know the daily challenges first-hand. Anyone who rents out holiday apartments knows: guests leave early without notice. The cleaning team waits until the official check-out time. Hours are lost in between. And the heating keeps running in an empty apartment.
CheckYout solves exactly this moment — the instant a guest closes the door behind them. One QR scan, and everything runs automatically: cleaning team notified, heating adjusted, Google review invited. No calls, no waiting, no coordination.
CheckYout is built by TEAM M digital GmbH in Oberhofen am Thunersee — a small Swiss company developing digital solutions for vacation rental management.
