How do I automate cleaning notifications with Smoobu?

CheckYout connects directly to your Smoobu account and automatically triggers a cleaning notification to your team after every guest check-out.

How do I connect CheckYout with Smoobu?

Generate an API key in your Smoobu account under Settings → API. Paste it into CheckYout under Settings → PMS → Smoobu. Connection is ready in a few minutes.

What Smoobu data does CheckYout use?

CheckYout reads booking data such as check-in/check-out dates, booking channel and the guest’s first name for the personal greeting. Payment data and addresses stay out of the system.

Does the Smoobu integration work with multiple properties?

Yes. The Smoobu connection is part of the CheckYout plan – at no extra cost. The first property is included, each additional one is billed on a tiered scale (CHF 10 for the 2nd–5th, CHF 8 for the 6th–15th, CHF 6 from the 16th).

How much does the Smoobu connection with CheckYout cost?

The CheckYout plan costs CHF 18/mo (or CHF 15/mo billed yearly) and includes the Smoobu connection at no extra cost. All notification channels (WhatsApp, email, webhook) come with it.
