Personal greeting by first name

Guesty supplies the first name of the current reservation. The check-out page then reads "Goodbye, Anna!" instead of a generic farewell. Your cleaning team only gets property and time over WhatsApp; the name is seen exclusively by the guest on their own page.

Every upcoming check-out at a glance

Who checks out today, who tomorrow, where is a same-day turnover coming up? In your dashboard you see per day which Guesty reservations end, clearly sortable by property or time.

"Property ready" earlier than the calendar says

The official check-out is at 11:00 in the Guesty calendar, but the guest actually leaves at 09:30. Your cleaning team gets the signal right away via WhatsApp, plans for the usual half-hour of travel and is on site from 10:00. After they confirm "done", you see the "ready" status in your dashboard, often an hour and a half earlier than expected.

Lower the heating as soon as the property is free

If no same-day follow-up booking is in Guesty, CheckYout automatically lowers the heating after the scan. Per property individually, based on your Guesty data.

Bring the heating back up before the next arrival

6 or 12 hours before the next Guesty arrival, the property heats back up to comfort temperature. You set the lead time once per property, CheckYout handles the timing.

Automatic "ready" message to the next guest

Once your cleaning team confirms "done", CheckYout can automatically notify the next guest through Guesty: "Your property is ready, you can check in any time." That way the guest learns earlier when they can arrive, instead of leaving the blanket "check-in from 3pm" in place.
