How does CheckYout pause my sunset routines?
CheckYout disables all time-based schedules in your Hue Bridge at check-out – sunset routines, timers, scheduled scenes. Motion sensors and switches stay active, so they keep working normally during cleaning. Before the next check-in, exactly the same schedules are reactivated. Hue App routines remain untouched.
Which Hue Bridge generation works with CheckYout?
Hue Bridge 2nd generation or newer (the square model from 2015 onwards). Hue Go or other standalone bulbs without Bridge are not supported – they have no interface through which CheckYout could connect.
Do my Hue App routines stay active?
Yes. CheckYout only accesses schedules in your Hue Bridge – i.e. what is programmed locally in the Bridge. Routines you have set up in the Hue App (cloud-based) remain untouched and continue to run as usual.
How much does the Hue connection with CheckYout cost?
The Hue integration is part of the Smart Home add-on – CHF 9.90 per month per property. Without the add-on, CheckYout runs without smart-home connection; all notification channels (WhatsApp, email, webhook) are included in the plan.
