What does CheckYout cost us as a cleaning company?

Nothing. CheckYout is paid for by the host. You receive the WhatsApp messages with the property name and the exact time, and confirm the clean with a single tap.

We clean for five different hosts. Do they all have to coordinate separately?

No. Every host has their own CheckYout account and their own sign per unit. All messages are sent to the phone number you gave to each host. For you, it is the same inbox – just with different addresses.

What if we can only reach a unit at 2 p.m.?

That is the normal case. The guest checks out at 10 or 11 a.m., the signal reaches you straight away, you plan the drive as before. The difference: you already know in the morning which units are actually free – not only when the host happens to check in.

Which languages do the messages come in?

Nine: German, English, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Croatian, Greek, Portuguese. The host picks the language per unit.
