What does the message contain?
The WhatsApp message contains the property name, the check-out time, and a link to confirm cleaning is done. One tap on the link is enough – straight from WhatsApp.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why specifically WhatsApp?
Cleaners already use WhatsApp anyway – for coordination with other clients, with the team, with family. An extra app adds an extra hurdle: an extra login, an extra permission, an extra thing that can be forgotten in the morning.
With the WhatsApp Business API we send the message on the channel that is already open. The confirmation comes back with a single tap, without a login and without a download. For the host it still shows up in the dashboard as a clean event log.
A common follow-up question
What if the cleaner does not have WhatsApp Business?
No problem. The messages run on any WhatsApp number – private or Business. The only requirement is that the number is reachable on WhatsApp, which is the case for more than 99 percent of mobile numbers in the DACH region.
