As soon as your guest scans the sign, your cleaning team knows. In the dashboard you see every upcoming check-out and can align the heating per property with the next Lodgify arrival.
What you get on top of Lodgify
Lodgify organises your bookings. CheckYout organises what happens after in real life: check-out, cleaning, heating between two guests. Because CheckYout reads your Lodgify booking data including guest name, the check-out page shows a personal goodbye. You have the full overview of upcoming turnovers in your dashboard, and your cleaning team gets the WhatsApp with property and time. That's enough to keep cleaning and heating cleanly in sync. This is how the Lodgify integration notifies cleaning at the right moment.
What you get with the connection
Personal greeting by first name
Lodgify supplies the first name of the reservation. The check-out page then reads "Goodbye, Anna!" instead of a generic farewell. Your cleaning team only gets property and time over WhatsApp; the name is seen exclusively by the guest on their own page.
Every upcoming check-out at a glance
In your dashboard you see per day which vacation rental becomes free when. Same-day turnover or buffer day: visible right away, without switching to the Lodgify dashboard.
"Property ready" earlier than the calendar says
The official check-out is at 11:00 in the Lodgify calendar. In reality the guest leaves at 09:40. Your cleaning team gets the signal via WhatsApp and, with the usual half-hour of travel, can be on site from 10:10. The "ready" status then lands directly in your dashboard.
Lower the heating when the property is empty
Without a same-day follow-up booking, CheckYout lowers the heating after the check-out scan. Per property individually, based on your Lodgify arrivals.
Heating back up in time for the next arrival
6 or 12 hours before the next Lodgify arrival, the heating ramps back up. You set the lead time per property.
Automatic "ready" message to the next guest
Once your cleaning team confirms "done", CheckYout can automatically notify the next guest through Lodgify: "Your property is ready, you can check in any time." The guest learns earlier when they can arrive, instead of waiting for the blanket "check-in from 3pm".
