Connect your calendar export via iCal: enter the feed URL in the dashboard under Connections, one per property. CheckYout reads the arrival and departure dates and shows the next arrival in your dashboard and in the WhatsApp to your cleaning team.
Without a PMS, CheckYout knows just one thing: the code was scanned.
You’ve already set up Smoobu, Guesty or Lodgify. Your reservations are running. Guest names, arrival times and booking channels sit in your PMS. But your check-out process doesn’t know any of it. Guests scan an anonymous QR code, the team gets notified – and nobody knows who was there.
With the PMS connection, your existing system flows into CheckYout. Once connected, CheckYout fetches new bookings in the background.

Guests see «Hello Anna 👋» on the check-out page instead of a generic message. The first name is loaded automatically from the reservation.
Always know who checks out today
In the dashboard you see which guest is currently staying, when check-out is due, and which channel they booked through (Direct, Airbnb, Booking.com).
Spot early departures instantly
The official check-out time is pulled from your PMS into the dashboard. You see instantly if a guest left early.
Heating adjusts automatically
Combined with tado°, CheckYout uses the next arrival time from your PMS to turn the heating back on in time.
